Quality treatment
The ART/IVF-cycle takes place in a popular and accredited Center for Assisted Reproductive Therapy in Ostrava, Czech Republic. Here are some of the highlights of the Center:

Successful approach
The medical team is headed by an experienced physician, Dr. Tomáš Jaroš, MD. The clinical and supportive staff is carefully selected so that the Center functions efficiently. Each patient is given the utmost attention and each step of the treatment is patiently explained to the patient.

The Center's statistics are very favorable: 40% of women get pregnant after a single attempt of IVF. Moreover, 80% of women who undergo 3 attempts of IVF get pregnant. For IVF with egg cell donation, 55-60% of women get pregnant after a single attempt.

IVF with Donated Egg Cells
The Center is able to perform various kinds of Assisted Reproduction Therapy, including:

Intrauterine insemination (IUI) or artificial insemination (AI) with partner or donated sperms
IVF with donated or own cells (eggs or sperms) - ICSI, AH, PGD

For fertilization of egg cells inside or outside the body, naturally obtained sperm or sperms gained by surgery (MESA / TESE) can be used.

Egg Donation and law
On this website, the emphasis is put on "IVF with Donated Egg Cells". Unlike in many other countries, anonymous egg and sperm donation are both legal in the Czech Republic. Besides that, the Center for ART utilizes two different methods to obtain surgically suitable sperm cells. In some countries, the TESE method is not permitted by law. In the Czech Republic, both methods are legal.

Unique combination
Assisted Reproduction Therapy is not a new concept. PregDesire provides its clients with quite a unique option: it allows ART to be combined with a non-fertility treatment in a spa resort. The treatment focused on healing non-fertility and the stay in a relaxing Spa Resort Klimkovice, enhance the chance of getting pregnant.

Integrated approach
The medical specialists at the Center for ART and the Spa Resort Klimkovice design a comprehensive treatment plan that meets the needs of each individual patient. The individual program of physiotherapeutic exercises and balneological treatments contribute to an optimal physical and mental condition during all phases of the ART-cycles and to an enhanced chance of getting pregnant.

An affordable chance
ART/IVF treatments tend to be very expensive and often not covered by medical insurance. In the Czech Republic, these treatments - with or without donated egg cells - are very affordable. Czech Republic is a relatively inexpensive country with low costs of living expenses and accommodation. Furthermore, oocyte donation is not subject to commercial money making. All donors are compensated for the incurred expenses and the medication, but they do not receive any other financial incentives. All these factors are reflected in the low price for treatment and stay.
