The above price for accommodation at the Spa Resort includes:
- A 14-day accommodation and full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner), spa taxes and parking permit
The above price includes the following at the Spa Resort:
- Entry and exit examinations by a spa medical doctor
- 24-hour on site medical and nursing staff
- 42 treatment procedures: individual therapeutic exercise by Dr. L.Mojžíšová (3 sessions), group therapeutic exercise in the gym (3 sessions), individual iodine-bromine bath and dry pack (5 treatments), individual whirling or whirlpool bath and dry pack (3 sessions), fitness (3 sessions), group aquatic therapeutic exercise (5 sessions), aromatherapy massage - partial (3 treatments), warm mud pack and dry pack (5 treatments), iodine-bromine inhalation (3 treatments), pyramid (3 sessions), oxygen therapy (3 treatments), diathermy/light therapy (3 sessions).
The above price includes the following at the Center for Assisted Reproduction:
- Specialist's fee and consultations
- Medicines to avoid hyperstimulation (IVF with own oocytes)
- Check of hyper stimulation by ultrasound and measurement of estrogen level
- Costs of andrologic testing of the sperm
- Follicle aspiration under local anesthesia (IVF with own oocytes)
- Complete anesthesia (if desired or necessary)
- Laboratory fees
- Assisted Hatching
- Insemination by means of IVF or ICSI
- Embryo Transfer
The above price includes the following transportation in the Czech Republic:
- Transportation between airport/train/bus station and the Spa Resort
- Transportation from the Spa Resort and the Center for Assisted Reproduction for the first consultation
The above price does not include:
- Costs of hormonal treatment
- Travel expenses to and from the Czech Republic
- Partner's expenses for treatment or use of the Spa's facilities
- Personal expenses such as manicure, pedicure, beauty saloon, tennis, bike rental, mini golf, wireless Internet connection in the room/apartment, phone calls, etc.
